Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Cancellation, return and withdrawal are handled under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts with the following conditions.
1. Order Cancellation
Before your order is shipped, you may cancel it free of charge by emailing trenttubi@gmail.com. Your payment is refunded via the same method.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, with packaging/protective seal unopened and in resalable condition.
- It must be sent with the invoice or order number.
- For hygiene and health reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned (Regulation Art. 15).
4. Return Process
Send your return request by email; after approval we guide you on shipping. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, approved refunds are issued to the same payment method within 14 days.
5. Defective / Damaged Products
In case of shipping damage or a defective product, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery; shipping and return costs are borne by the SELLER and the product is replaced/refunded free of charge.
